A blend of Pendolino , Favarol, and Grignan cultivars, harvested in the first ten days of October. Golden in color, lightly fruity with notes of green almond and artichoke; balanced flavor with pleasant bitter and spicy notes. Pairings: raw vegetables, fish, shellfish, salads.
✦ Extraemo Nord “Casaliva” ✦
A native Lake Garda single-variety olive oil, harvested early. Golden in color with green highlights, a medium fruity aroma, and rich herbaceous notes. Pairings: Trentino carne salada, carpaccio, and fresh summer salads.

Oil from the Pisciottana , Rotondella, and Ogliarola cultivars, grown at 700 meters above sea level in the heart of Cilento. Golden in color with green highlights, medium fruitiness with green leaves and a finish of almonds and dried fruit. Pairs well with: legumes, soups, grilled meats.
