Olive Grove “Giuseppe” - Arco (TN)
The oldest of our olive groves in Alto Garda, planted by my grandfather Giuseppe in the 1990s with the local variety par excellence: Casaliva. The soil is calcareous and clayey, located at an altitude of about 200 meters above sea level, above the village of Massone (municipality of Arco). The planting layout is 8×8 m, allowing the trees to express their full potential and receive plenty of light.

Olive Grove “Rolando” - Arco (TN)
This olive grove, planted by me in 2011, was designed to achieve an excellent balance between production and olive quality. It contains around 45 Casaliva trees and 10 “pollinator” varieties (Pendolino, Favarol and Grignan), with a planting layout of 6×6 m. The altitude is 130 meters above sea level, on a clay-rich alluvial cone with abundant gravel, located southwest of the hamlet of Bolognano.

Olive Grove “Laura” - Stio (SA)
60 trees immersed in the Cilento National Park, where nature is still the true master of the land. Among wild boars, deer and roe deer lies our olive grove, composed both of local varieties (Pisciottana, Rotondella and Ogliarola) and Tuscan varieties such as Frantoio and Leccino. The grove sits at 700 meters above sea level and enjoys perfect southern exposure.
