Extraemo was born from the passion, expertise and deep respect for the land. It is the agricultural project of Rolando Del Fabbro, agronomist and olive-growing enthusiast, who decided to combine family tradition and scientific knowledge to create a unique extra virgin olive oil. The Del Fabbro farm cultivates olive trees in “extreme” locations: in Arco (TN), at the northernmost limit of olive production and in Stio (SA), in the heart of the Cilento National Park at 700 meters above sea level. Every drop of Extraemo tells a story of balance between nature and dedication, of challenge and love for the environment, of quality and authenticity.
