Superior category extra virgin olive oil obtained exclusively from olives of our native Garda cultivar: Casaliva.
The olives come from our estates in Arco and are harvested in the second ten days of October.
✧ Production method ✧
The oil is produced only with olives harvested early in the ripening stage and processed on the same evening to preserve the health and nutraceutical properties of the product.
The extraction is done cold with a two phase continuous cycle system.
Golden color with green streaks, medium fruitiness with pleasant herbaceous notes due to the early harvest.
✧ Pairings and storage ✧
It pairs very well with typical Trentino salted meat, beef carpaccio and summer tomato salads.
Store in a cool place away from light and heat sources. Optimal temperature: 12–18 °C.
