✧ Extra virgin olive oil ✧
Superior category extra virgin olive oil obtained exclusively from two non native cultivars: Pendolino, originally from Tuscany, Favarol and Grignan, originally from Veneto.
The olives come from the “Rolando” estate, from a limited number of trees harvested in the first ten days of October.
✧ Production method ✧
The oil is produced only with olives harvested at the beginning of veraison and processed on the same evening to preserve the health and nutraceutical properties of the product.
The extraction is done cold using a two phase continuous cycle system.
Golden color with a light fruity aroma and pleasant sensations of green almond, artichoke (Favarol) and slightly bitter and spicy notes thanks to the Pendolino cultivar.
✧ Pairings ✧
It pairs very well with raw vegetables, fish dishes, shellfish and salads.
Store in a cool place away from light and heat sources. Optimal temperature: 12–18 °C.
